Region: Barnaul Project author: Galina Kostrykina About the author: I have been practicing Sahaja Yoga meditation since 1998. In 2008-2009, I had the opportunity to work at ISPS, an international school in Dharamsala (India), which uses Sahaja Yoga methods in education. This allowed me to gain direct experience with the method's beneficial effects on children, leading to discipline and improved academic performance. There was a general improvement in teamwork and the atmosphere in the school. About the project: In 2010-2011, I translated the English version of the play "Divine Humanity," staged by the Theatre of Eternal Values in London, UK. Links to the translation:
