Region: Sevastopol Project Author: Nikita Stupak About the Author: My name is Nikita, I'm 11 years old. I began practicing Sahaja Yoga meditation at age 4. This practice significantly helped me with my health and academic performance at school. I studied singing from ages 4 to 6 and took drawing classes at an art school. My mother was very supportive of my development, as was my participation in the "Beautiful Shore" Sahaja School courses. About the Project: I enjoy drawing, carving, and learning new things.
