Region: Vidnoye Project Author: Irina Chechetova About the Author: My name is Irina, and I live in Moscow. I have a secondary medical education. I worked at the Moscow State Institute of Cosmetology. I have been practicing Sahaja Yoga meditation since 1995. Let me start by saying that difficult relationships with my parents, and then with my own family and husband, had a tragic impact on my psychological and physical health, and on my entire life... And all of this forced me to search for a way out for decades, searching for THAT which would improve me in every way. And then... It happened! It happened when I seemed on the brink of death. My neighbor practiced Sahaja Yoga, and she shared this knowledge with me. It's hard to describe the feeling. I was simply reborn! Sahaja Yoga entered my life in a magical way! Every day I thanked our Teacher, Shri Mataji, for the blessings that flowed into my life. Another time, I received a call from the ENT clinic. I had been under observation for many years due to my enormous, incurable tonsils. They needed to have them urgently removed. When the doctor carefully examined my throat, he looked at me, paused, and then asked, "What have you done with your throat? Everything is clear! Absolutely clear!" To which I replied that I practice Sahaja Yoga! And this story didn't require a knife! I'm glad that the initiator of the "Spontaneous Realization" project didn't pass me by, noticed me, and offered to make my small contribution to such a huge, and most importantly, very important project for many people. Thank him! Thank you all! About the project: Joy became my chronic state! Transformations occurred literally in everything. I started meditating, performing subtle system cleansing procedures, and the results were quick to come. Suddenly, I wanted to try clay sculpting. And so, just a year later, "by chance," at an exhibition, I was able to join the Moscow Union of Designers through a competition. An academic art critic graciously allowed me to make an exception, as (in his opinion, he had rated me as particularly gifted) he broke protocol by accepting a competitor into the union without a higher artistic education. I wouldn't say I was overjoyed, as during my Sahaja Yoga meditation practice, I had already become accustomed to the miracles that occur in the lives of many practitioners!
